A student of movement for over 15 years, Sara has a history working in devised choreography based on her training with The Wooster Group, The Workcenter for Jerzy Grotowski, Pig Iron Theater Company, SITI Company and independent study of Russian Biomechanics. Her choreography has been performed at the Joe's Pub, Ars Nova, The Ice Factory, The Living Theatre, The Odyssey Theater, Jack, The Collapsable Hole, Dixon Place & Obie Award winning Bushwick Starr.
Sara is also a certified Pilates Instructor through the Pilates Method Alliance from The Lab NYC. She has taught famous clientele at top gyms in New York City, including Equinox, David Barton Gym and now Club Pilates.
