GOODBAR
 opens at THE PUBLIC THEATER January 4th through the 15th for the 
UNDER THE RADAR FESTIVAL. 

Sara is a featured lead in the music video, BLACK DRESS by the Gothic Americana band
O'DEATH,
off of their new album, OUTSIDE. The video is set for release this Winter

Sara will be featured as a dancer in Waterwell & Bambi's GOODBAR, which will take place in the LuEsther Lounge at the Public Theater for the UNDER THE RADAR FESTIVAL in January under the direction of Arian Moayed and Tom Ridgely, with choreography by Monica Bill Barnes

Sara is studying Shakespeare with Richard Topol at PRIMARY STAGES.

SUMMER OF 2010 

Sara is back studying the aerial silks at HOUSE OF YES and working on an environmental theater production of OTHELLO at the Bleeker Street lot at 11th Street in the Village.  

Sara also auditioned for an agent showcase organized by Paul Russell Casting and has begun her pilates mat and apparatus certification with The Fitness Guru in Dumbo.

SPRING OF 2010

Sara performed in the dance finale of the National Theater of the United States of America's production of CHAUTAUQUA! at the Public Theater for the Under the Radar Festival.

Sara was featured as a guest teacher for her first ever two day Actor Bootcamp Workshop for The Jewish Theatre Company in Baltmore Maryland. The workshop covered LeCoq, Biomechanics, Viewpoints, Linklater, Method, basic improv and scene study.

Sara has received a space grant through Chashama to perform her original performance installation, LEGSHOW, in the store front window of 266 West 37th Street (right across from STITCH Bar). Sara was asked to be a part of French visual artist Catherine Bay's site specific theater performance of THE SNOW WHITE PROJECT. The project will be performed on two different dates in multiple locations in New York City. Hailed by Time Out New York as "One of the most exciting festivals to hit New York in years", this is not to be missed! Keep checking the following websites for updates, but for now THE SNOW WHITE PROJECT will be featured at the Diane Von Furstenberg gallery in the Meatpacking District on 9/16 and at the Art Under the Bridge Festival in Dumbo on 9/26.

Sara recorded a voiceover for RAID Corps at Bushwick Studios in Brooklyn as well as shot a commercial for the Piazza Auto Group, which will air regionallly over the next year.


WINTER OF 2007

HAIL MARY premiered at the County Theater in Doylestown, PA  - thanks  to all who could make it out!   As a result of the good response, Sara received  an invitation to  be represented by East Coast agent Peter Coe.


 Sara was directed by Columbia University graduate director, Adam Marple, in a scene from ANTIGONE under the tutelage of Classic Stage Company Artistic Director, Brian Kulick.


FALL OF 2007

Sara collaborated with fellow Indiana University Alumni, Patricia Drozda, on SPILLED MILK, a new piece that debuted and the HOT! Festival at Dixon Place in August.

Sara performed and choreographed FOUR TWINS, by Argentinian playwright and cartoonist, Copi. The production was directed by Yale graduate student Christopher Mirto and performed at Stella Adler Studios in August.


SUMMER 2007

Sara recently booked the lead role of Mary in Pete Safran's new film

HAIL MARY

tentatively set to shoot this summer. This will hit the film festival circuit, so stay tuned for more details!


SPRING WRAP UP 2007

This spring, Sara studied on camera character development with Jeffrey Zeiner at Weist Barron and is also working with Betsy Capes and Dani Super at Capes Coaching

Sara also officially became a member of the Actor's Equity Association and in turn has done several readings, most recently with Arlene Hutton and Cathy Tempelsman at Primary Stages and with Tlaloc Rivas and Cherise Sowells for the NYU First Look Company.

Sara's production of All My Sons at the Two River Theater Company was nominated The Best of New Jersey in the following categories:
 Best Play Revival:
 "All My Sons" (Two River Theater Company, Red Bank) 
Arthur Miller's warhorse can seemed dated, but director Roger Danforth was able to put us in a '40s frame of mind, and made us feel as if we'd returned to the days of World War II in a time machine.
